Revell's Lincoln Futura was the very first model car kit I ever built.
That was back around 1957 or so. |

For many years, the Futura was a very rare and much sought-after kit. A lot
of that had to do with the fact that the1:1 vehicle was modified in the mid-60s into TV's Batmobile. |
