7/00 - Present: Independent contractor, Electronic Evidence Retrieval, L.L.C., New Orleans LA.
Assist with various administrative duties, including analysis of documents for legal cases, preparation of reports and associated graphic design, Web site construction.

6/02 - 12/05: Partner and President, Whisperwood Enterprises, Inc.
Whisperwood Enterprises included subsidiaries, Business Writers, Ink and Whisperwood Studio. Developed business strategies, constructed Web site and participated in all phases of both businesses.

Careers Administrator 11/99 to 9/02, responsible for coordination of new applicant screening and testing.
Content creation, editing and management for various Web sites. Major assignments include extensive research and article writing and editing for:

  • Petco.com (Petopia.com) Features, information articles, breed sheets and FAQs on various pets and pet care.
  • Inspiria.com (Lifespire.com) Articles and extensive information sections on cancer types and treatments. This included rewriting information supplied by doctors and nurses to a format appropriate for a lay audience, and presenting the information in a sensitive fashion. Some light HTML.
  • eRef.net Features, articles, product recalls and newsclips for this major reference site. Some HTML coding and database work with Microsoft Access. Responsible for coordination and management of materials from other writers and editors for all three of the above projects.
